Shipping information
In general we don’t charge for packaging or shipment, apart from cash-on delivery-services. You only pay for the product, not for the delivery. The shipment goes through the Austrian postal service or an international delivery service which usually deliver our products within three to five days. We ship to all countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Canada. We also ship to other countries, but have to calculate the shipment costs first. The costs for COD deliveries per shipment within Austria amount to 3.50 Euros and 8.50 Euros within the European Union. If you pick three and more products we take care of the cash on delivery costs (COD). Unfortunately, a cash on delivery shipment to Switzerland, Liechtenstein or to Canada is not possible. Note: Import duties and customs duties in Non-EU countries have to be paid by the recipient.
Payment information
Our retail prices are based on the Euro and contain the austrian value added tax of 20 percent. The given retail prices in other currencies are non-binding and serve merely for your orientation. The settlement occurs in Euro. Currently we accept both leading credit cards Visa and Mastercard, Paypal and cash-on delivery.
Money back guarantee
Our products are developed, produced and shipped with great care. Should you, for some reason, not be satisfied with a product, you can send it back without giving a reason within a delay of 14 days. We will give you a full refund providing the product doesn’t show signs of usage and we have no return shipping costs.
Exchange and returns information
For the rare occasion, that you are not satisfied with a product or it was damaged during transport, you can rely on our money-back-guarantee. If you want to return a product, please let us know beforehand. Send a short message to info@riggler.eu if you want us to exchange the item oder refund the money. Care instructions
Since our products are made of different materials and techniques, we can not provide general care instructions. But there is a small label inside everyone of our beanies, that tells you what to do and what not. It uses the international laundering and drycleaning symbols, so it should be quite self-explanatory.
